The New Zealand race season has come to an end with a bit of an anticlimax due to cancellations of a number of races at Mt Hutt due to hight winds and snow. Huge appreciation and thank you to all my sponsors and supporters – without your help, support and belief it would be very tough to get to where I am going;  to my coach Guenther Birgmann and supporter Treble Cone Race Academy training was once again first rate.

I have had some top equipment this season and as every athlete will agree, this takes a lot of pressure off  Many thanks to POC Australia/NZ for your support – love the gear.  HEAD skis and boots, Leki Poles and XTM gloves, Phenix  – AWESOME!

With all the support has also come success – I won the New Zealand National Alpine Championship for 2012 also taking out the NZ Slalom Title.  Thank you for my continued support from Skeggs Foundation, Community Trust of Southland, Formthotics, Lakes Leisure Gym Queenstown and the Wanaka Ski & Snowboard Club, World Travellers Queenstown – and an enormous thank you to my parents, Marty and Anne!

My northern Hemisphere season will be starting November so I will keep you posted.
